1.)  Public Governmental Partnership Model

2.)  Privatized Business Development & Franchising Model

Model 2:

Mechanism of Action:

MODES OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

In the first model, we partner with existing healthcare systems and allow them access to our network of highly-trained locums specialty physicians.  Our physicians can set-up clinics collaborating with these systems, travel to their facilities, and treat/operate on patients in their facilities.  Our physicians will train and monitor local physicians and staff to increase their skillsets to provide a higher level of advanced specialty care.

In the second model, we directly enter the private sector and establish new clinics with aggressive brand development.  We initiate entry with full-time locums physician network coverage, and we expand to incorporate local indigenous physicians as employees, who are ultimately granted the opportunity to become franchisees.  Telemedicine systems are to be utilized to deliver continuous long-distance training.
